【预期用途】

本试剂盒用于检测具有患家族性乳腺癌及卵巢癌风险患者组织中BRCA1基因的突变情况。BRCA1基因的突变与家族性乳腺癌及卵巢癌的发生密切相关，突变导致基因的抑制肿瘤作用降低或消失，导致细胞恶变和肿瘤的发生。约5～10%的乳腺癌和遗传易感性相关，目前发现的乳腺癌易感基因BRCA1位于17号染色体上。

本试剂盒可检测出如下BRCA1基因2种突变：185delAG、5382insC。
